Buttocks help

Been modelling lopoly characters male/female(1000-10000tri's) for a while now but always had difficulty in modelling buttocks not so much the cheeks themselves but the join in the middle especially in getting it right for animation purposes,any links,advice appreciated

I could use some help in this area as well. I've looked around a bit and there don't seem to be many tutorials the focus soley on the butt area. The connection between the legs is really funky on almost every character I've built. Gotten better just by looking at other wireframes and such, maybe that's all I can do really...

Best advice I can give is just find other models that are good and see if you can find up close wires on the lower back/upper legs and see how they form it all.

the upside is. with digital humans. once you've got a flow solution that works for you you can pretty much return to it in most cases

this is how i make butts. it also works well on boobs and testes. i learned it from Paul Steed the master!!!

arsh did you boolean thos Geospheres together? cause thats makeing models the steed way. then when it's time to u.v. put a morph modiefier on your booliend geospheres adn flatten your eniter mesh like how you want your u.v.s done and then hit the print screen button and then use the morph modifier to get back to what you did.

Sorry to get off topic. Butts are two blobby mucsles pushed together. you useually dont see between the cheeks unless you are making a mod for Virually Jenna.
I belive the part you are wondering about is called the "Chode".
