Biped -> Bones

Anyone know of a good way to convert a CS Biped to Bones and preserve the animation?

I'm using max 8, SP 1 at the moment.

FBX export, import is one way.

Current thinking was to use this script, Rigging Army Knife v1.8 , to convert the biped bones into standard max bones and then use the new .xaf Load/Save to bring the animation across. No luck so far.

I'll look into the FBX stuff, thanks.
