this actually looks kinda cool, director of 5th element, with some Brian Froudish looking characters. with all the talking birds and rats and cats and dogs and fish and will smiths, this really stands out as something different.

Just to let you know : this is based on a kid book series Besson has been writing during the last couple of years... No idea if they have been translated to Funglish tho.

If you ever cross Angel-A (small BW movie he recently released over France), see it. Its nice and simple, which is a nice break from the recent boom-boom Bessonesque productions and creations.

Dark crystal 2 is confirmed and Brian Froud has already submitted designs for it. Tis CG too.
