Changing Quake 3 main logo

Please could somebody help me?!
I want to change main "Quake 3" logo on the top of the main menu screen in the game Quake3. Where is it located in pak0.pk3? Which filename or where can I change it??

If I remember correctly its a 3d model (I know the shader is in there). Bring down the console when it loads up and look for md3s. I think its in /ui/ or something

The console key is the tilda (~) key.
