  i don't have it but seen the concept artists here use it, i love being able to move your canvas out of the photoshop background, like move it over to the 2nd monitor, few other things i've seen i like also

  I havent really had any crashes or slow-downs with CS2. Adobe Bridge is way better than the File Browser IMO. (Seems to be less of a system hog as well).
  The Vanishing point tool & Warp tool are awesome.
  For photo work, the smart blur & smart sharpen are wicked awesome.

  CS2 makes my machine crash when i leave it on for several hours when im modeling, i learned not to leave large files with many layers hanging around indefinitely.
  
  And im in love with Bridge, i can quickly get several textures of my choice loaded in a flash.

  I got into a lengthy argument with a photoshop programmer about how CS slows down my PC (Chris Cox, to be precise). Being a programmer, he kept insisting that it was my "faulty" machine, and not his crappy code. After some time I checked back, and there was an update for CS, concerning slowdowns... :P
  
  I think it's just the damn real-time file protection that runs in the background. There's really no need for that crap.

  Heheh, either way, I use it at work and it does feel kinda slow compared to CS 1. Hasn't crashed yet and to be honest I really dont think its worth upgraging to, well not from CS 1 anyway.

  really stupid things like if you hold down the ctrl key while doing copy new paste photoshop cs2 just locks up until you let go of the key. Switching between layers is really slow and stuff like that.
  
  bridge is hopeless. moving the canvas to other monitors woohoo! they've made it work more like the mac version?
