Quake 3 Skin

I have problems when I try to put my skin in game: The name of the skin is shown but I can't see my skin. I've only changed the skin of sarge but it doesn't work. Please help me!

That's not a whole lot of information you've got there, Gandalf. It's impossible to tell for me what is causing your problem with so little information. However, there is a good tutorial on polycount about creating add-on skins for Quake 3. It may help you figure out what's wrong yourself.

Or, I'm feeling very nice today: you could sent your files in a nice zip file to tessadeboer@gmail.com and I will fix it for you. I've made several skins for Quake 3, so I know the drill. I will leave for a short vacation on friday though.

Load the model up and bring the console down. You should get a shader error-- what file it can't read/find. This should help you
