Other good places to hunt for talent?

I followed the advice in another thread here a few months ago to find a good concept artist (the thread suggested I check out conceptart.org which is a FANTASTIC site...) and I'm wondering if the community here has any other recommendations for other places to look for modellers. I made the requisit post in the Help Wanted section here but I'd like to cast as wide a net as possible in case nothing pans out here.

Any other good modelling communities? Quake 4 and High-poly work is making it hard to recruit even though we are a proven team working on the third iteration of our project

Hmm, looking over the cgchat boards I don't see anyone asking for help on projects... are you sure those kinds of requests are wanted there? I guess no harm in asking but I don't like to crash other people's communities

EDIT: Wow CGTalk.com wants absolutely nothing to do with us non-commercial types
