One of the first - New Yeat Resolution

This is my official FIRST post for 05.
Goals:
1. Be more physically active after work. With a job in this industry you tend to sit on your ass all day every day.
2. Continue the ever present struggle of becomeing a better person and not such a jerk sometimes.

I wanted to quit smoking but since I have a Lucky Strike dangling from my lip while I am typing this that resolution went down the drain mighty fast
Hm, that's all. I could add "be more productive" but I'm feeling particularly unproductive lately.
I figure trying to be more productive, learning new stuff about art, music, theory and technique of painting and guitar is stuff I'd do anyway, so that's probably not really a resolution.
Definitely gonna try to be more "social" this year too, not like I'm a hermit or anything anyway, but I do need to get out more often I think. And generally try to be more helpful to friends and colleagues.

He's allowed to try. And it is a fairly good idea for a thread - this way there's written evidence that you made a resolution, and you CAN'T BREAK THAT!

Yeah...thats a good idea...form a kind of support group for New Years resolutions...like "WTF SLACKER!!! C'mon!! JOG BIOTCH" and such...anyway...here are mine:
1. Get in shape/workout (seems to be pretty common)
2. Fashion revolution (cause my clothing style is crap...I'm a fricking artist and my clothing sucks...which says something...)
3. Impress the girl of my dreams (lol...wow...I wonder how I got resolutions one and two...but anyway...one and two should be helpful even if 3 doesn't work...)

5) if i do go to jail, try not to get ass-raped.

2.) Learn Maxscript and write my first macro by Feb 15th.

All of this really started back mid 04 when I signed on to polycount for the first time. I submitted work thinking I was all that and got slammed hard. (even though my topic was called "BASH IT"). Poor choice of words on my part to label a thread. I was too new at the forum chat world to know what I was doing. Thats the biggest thing. If I had not reacted badley back then, then events now with my rep here as it is now, would not exist. I would not be having the confilct I have now. But, we all make mistakes, and mine has been falling like a domino effect.

2. Finish my book. (I'm writing one, I don't mean that I need to learn to read)
This is the first time in a couple years that I made a new years resolution that is actaully something serious, usually they're things like; keep my toe nails well trimmed, or not be eaten by crocadiles at the zoo.
2) Break my addiction to soda
3) Breaking into the Gaming industry (more of a goal then a resolution I guess)
