Look carefully at his expression right after he's done it.
Doesn't he just look like he's wondering whether the thing he did was right or not? It's a "seeking for approval" expression. He looks slightly frightened, like he's afraid someone is going to tell him off for being a stupid boy.
Worrying!
That's quite obviously from before he was President and it looks to me as if he's just goofing around "off" camara. I'm pretty sure that if we tried hard enough we could find better things to be critical of the President for
OH NO!!! he flipped a bird!! but no i'm positive he did that right after he got off the phone with kerry this morning, and i hear that after that was filmed he walked out side and kicked 2 gay people to death, and then shot a puppy with a fully automatic weapon. while also calling in orders to the army to go ahead and bomb any country that uses towels as normal head gear
Lovely...that's just great, he truely is "One of the people" and I like the little "WOOOO" added to it after it, Probably was Cheney with a glass of whiskey looking to get another heart attack, haha.
and before people start getting all worked up over it, guess what? he's out president, we're allowed to mock all we want, that's what makes America so super!
That puppy was an avowed member of al-Qaida and a devoted follower of Osama bin Laden. Secret government documents which will be declassified in 20 years show very strong evidence for this. I think you should apologize to El Presidente for your disgustingly unpatrotic remark.
like mark said, that was not anything recent has nothign to do with kerry, But i mena its so freaking horrible that a man would jokingly shoot a bird at someone!! why can't he do decent stuff, like fuck an intern or 2.
now he and Cheney are fucking awesome. One swears in Senate, the other flipps people off. He's just like you and me!
that rules.

Yea, except you and me don't have millions of dollars, haven't sent 1000+ men off to die in Iraq, haven't mislead the American people and the rest of the world, aren't war profiteers ... hmmmm, actually they're NOTHING like you and me...

No, it's not "horrible," but it is rather immature. And of course, this has absolutely nothing to do with anything Clinton ever did (which was obviously your ulterior insinuation); the primary difference being that Clinton's act was never caught on tape.
... so did everyone miss the countdown he gave at the start of that tape? It's rather obvious that this was a miscue or simply before whatever it was he was really recording. I can't count the number of times I have flipped the bird to the computer screen where I work after having issues with the mic, or even just my own recording mishaps, or simply because I felt like it.
All that aside to think that somehow our elected officials are some paragon of saintly honesty and purity has got to be the most rediculous self delusion that one can indulge in. (next to claiming to be god or something) Politicians, officials, and yeah even the president are no different than any of us, they just get to act all special on camera.
It's just Michael Moore kinda crap....taken out of context can be bad just like Farenheit 9/11. Otherwise it's just funny. He's a human being just like us...well some of us. The man has a sense of humor and weaknesses just like you and me. Cut him some slack.

In short: Not in his life-time..
