I am new to 3D and want to use this as a way to track my progress. I have been working in the tech industry and wanted to try making my own game as a hobby. I really enjoyed some of the 3D tutorials I went through and decided to join animschool and go through their character modeling program. Some of what I post here will be my assignments, other stuff will be personal projects I have been working on in my spare time.
Thanks for taking the time to view my sketchbook!

Next month I start my second AnimSchool class `Into to 3D Modeling`. I am looking forward to it.
You can safely get rid of all the lines in red, keeping the ones in green. Then add supporting edges near the ends, as needed.
Example, with raw model on the left (also called the control cage) vs. on the right the same model subdivided a few times.
Check out Frank's Sketchbook, he explains it all very nicely.
