New project. I have decided to start this project to improve on my skills and refine my work. I am still in the blocking phase of my model.Below are the references

    This week, I completed the blockout of the model, establishing the overall shape and proportions. I am now focused on refining the high-poly version while simultaneously developing the low-poly model and working on the UVs to prepare for the next stages of production.

    Weekly Update:

    This week I completed the low poly and high poly models, and finished the baking process. Everything is now ready to move forward.

    Next week, I’ll be starting on the texturing phase—looking forward to bringing it all to life!

    for this week i started the texturing process but experienced a couple issues with the baking but all that was fixed and now i have began the texturing and hoping to be done with it by this week and work overtime for I am behind on my timeline

    This week I focused primarily on the texturing process and the initial scene setup in Unreal Engine. I completed the full texturing pass on my model, making sure all materials were properly created and applied to achieve a consistent and realistic look across the asset. I paid attention to detail in the surface quality to ensure the textures supported the overall visual style and fit the intended environment.

    Once the texturing was finished, I imported the model into Unreal Engine and began setting up the scene. This included organizing the assets correctly within the project and ensuring everything was properly scaled and positioned in the environment. To enhance the mood and context of the scene, I also added an environment texture based on a military camp set in a desert landscape. This helped establish a strong atmospheric foundation and gave the scene a more grounded and believable setting.

    Overall, this week was focused on bringing the asset into engine and starting to build the surrounding environment to support the final presentation.

    This week I focused on finalizing the project presentation. I completed all final renders and refined the lighting setup to better highlight the materials and overall composition. After reviewing the output, I made several small adjustments to improve balance, contrast, and visual clarity across the shots.

    This looks superb! Well done! I love the details.  =)

    What method did you use to add the text on the mesh? Looks very goood.

    The only tiny detail I'd suggest. Make the ground underneath look more disturbed from the chopper blades. Like it kicked around some sand as it landed. Totally optional, just a suggestion.
