Hello,
Been a while.
Decided to get back to the grinding board after a few rough years in my life and quite a long time of destroyed focus.
So I'm starting 2026 off with a shift away from humanoid character art and trying to go more along the route of animals and creatures.
( Also , pwease pwease do critique me and give me points and suggestions if you see something where you go UGH, what the actual shit dude )Here! Stuff!

The last skull is some kind of bat?
The dugon might warrant even more attention to detail compared to the other skulls as the actual skull looks so strange to begin with.
Yeah it's a bat, forgot which kind...
Thanks for the idea with the Dugong! That might actually be kinda fun after the Orangutan that I started.
Animals are fun.
Walrus skulls are also absolutely wild
( I got a bunch more just didn't want to clutter the first post )
Some notes ( Or critique ) from me to me :
Skeleton needs Adjustement
Finger bones are way too long
Adjust Skeleton to the base-mesh once complete , not other way around
Find more references for the Orangutan especially the muscles ( Hard to find for me, mostly guess work. Orangutans have a lot of hair) ,
currently based heavily on human anatomy, research more
Probably should tone down the muscles quite a bit, he doesn't hit the gym in the jungle
Hamstrings too defined?
Anatomy anatomy , references references.
Adjusted the orangutan anatomy and proportions more
I'd assume so but I haven't been so successful with finding a hairless orangutan so far, only chimpanzees ( And my god they are jacked )
Updated the skeleton on the dugong.
Small progress but progress.
So I will be weak and start something new instead of finishing the other two. Although I don't want to make a game character of those regardless...
Will see. Right now I just wanna make stuff? Am I justifying this shit to myself to avoid doing the "hard work"? No idea.
Thinking out loud.
