GPU Fatal error when using bevel shader in Raytracing mode

I've been using the bevel shader in raytracing mode as demonstrated in the Marmoset Toolbag tutorial video showcasing what's new in Marmoset Toolbag 5.

The process has worked wonderfully for a while to speed up making trim sheets for game assets, but for the past few days now it crashes showing the message the marmoset is now closing due to a Fatal GPU error.
I've attempted to trouble shoot and look for potential solutions online.

I have updated my GPU driver, reinstalled Marmoset Toolbag 5, made sure windows is up to date and increased GPU Time (secs) to 30. No difference.

Any advice on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated as I have found baking this bevel shader into the normal map to be highly efficient and a valuable asset for me.

My specs in case that is needed for determining the problem (none of my specs are overclocked, and they have remained unchanged since before I got this error):

OS - Windows 10
DX Version - DX12
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
RAM - 64GB 4800MHz

I have also tested this on simple meshes including a simple cube mesh. So it doesn't appear to be due to dense geo.

whoa this has been a while, sry you ran into this but ROLLING BACK drivers for a lot of people seem to have helped recently.
its all over the tech videos that a lot are running into issues and leaving the raw driver upon installing for the first time no updates to driver also seems to work.  People said going back 1-3 years or so on drivers is the move to make when running into these issues till they fixed whatever they are doing with their installation drivers.

hope that helps, you and or others.

Thanks for the response. Completely forgot to check on this forum for months. Literally forgot it existed for a while, lol. I'll bear this in mind for the future.

Your welcome, just adding in more, since i took advantage of the Cold climate and decided it was a perfect time to play with temps and settings to sort out my own issues below is an explanation with possible solutions to issues.

I saw a gpu repairer/upgrader on youtube brought up gpu issues and says a lot of users seem to be putting weight on the gpu's or its gpu SAG.
You want to prevent that with upon inserting the GPU to push it in the Upwards direction and then Screwing as tight as possible to the CASE and putting in the 2ndary screw in the same manner to prevent the gpu sag.

Or figuring out a way, if you can not prevent the sag with the screws like i did recently to do it with Zip-ties in a creative non-destructive way to other components like from the top of the case downwards (think chaining) if it allows. (my rough idea to help)

No problem thanks for letting us know whats going on this thread might help others out.
This past month i've been fiddling with marmoset and bios settings on deeper levels, think Over-clocking but also under-clocking.
Thankfully doing the above and bio's/system settings fiddlings have produced very positive results and i have fixed my "blue screen or pc reset" issues this month so if i can help i tried.

At least your pc did not completely turn off like mine did when trying to see whats going on, though i suppose serves me right for not just allowing someone else to deal with all this via custom pc purchasing instead of doing it myself.  But i learned as risky as it is now in today's consumer climate/change.
