Hello! We are an animation studio based in Vietnam, but we don't limit ourselves to local clients. We are looking to expand our reach on a global scale. Our goal is to connect with potential developers, outsourcing managers, and producers in game studios around the world. We have been applying for positions in various game studios globally, but unfortunately, we haven't had much success. We would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to better connect with industry professionals. Thank you!

Connect to artists through whatever networks there are today. On eyelevel through your work. Interact with other animators, showcase your work, get feedback and act on it.
Personally I hate getting hit up out of nowhere so we never cold called anyone, ever.
But through being active hereand other forums back in the days i had a network and some reach. Over the years the company grew, the work got more. Good experiences carried from one client to the next when their artists switched positions through the industry.
It takes time, and i can not tell if this would still work these days. But again to me personally. If someone hits me up out if nowhere it gets ignored, or cleared up. If the person keeps contacting me to gain business, eventually i will put the person in spam and autofilter it out.
If i am looking for a service, i will look whats there, if a service spams me, i treat it as such.
