Any constructive criticism welcome, (mainly the anatomy!). I plan to improve the ribcage/oblique area and the musculature on the left (raised) forearm. Once the body is complete I intend to smooth it with claypolish then create the spider symbol.
Regarding the anatomy, it looks a bit like you referenced and stuck together several bodybuilder poses, but the insertion points of the muscles and their directions aren't quite right in some cases, or you didn't bother to define them to begin with, like for the biceps femoris (the distal ends of which should go outside of the gastrocnemius). But even though you plan on smoothing some of that out in the end, I'd say the model would profit from being a bit more precise. You already mentioned the ribcage area yourself, but I did a rough OP for the general direction changes anyway. It's really more about the principle. I didn't count ribs or anything and the proportions or perspective might be off a bit. Especially with a raised arm, the serratus anterior will be quite pronounced and you'll notice a kind of staircase pattern forming between it and the obliques. The upper back looks a bit strange as well, but I have a hard time visualizing that area in motion myself. What might help is inserting a rough shoulder blade mesh into your model, so you can use that for orientation. And perhaps you get lucky and someone else can help you with that, after I took the easy pickings.
Perhaps post your anatomy references as well, in case the lighting plays tricks with the shapes or (at worst) it's some AI generated nonsense.
Pose wise, I'd throw in a suggestion of rotating the hips, and putting more weight on one leg. Maybe straightening the front leg and using the back leg for balance, and rotating the front foot to be on its side.
