Hello!
After watching The Last Kingdom, Vikings Valhalla and playing a bit of AC:Valhalla I decided to do an Anglo Saxon character.
Normally I do my concepting in the blockout stage of sculpting and then "concept as I go". I am by no means a concept artist but I wanted to see how far I could push my 2d skills, here is the main concept:

These were made in 3ds max first, which allowed me to make creases easily. But I did some in zbrush using the following method:
Theres no particular tricks to it its just sculpted using a few sharp brushes (like Orb Cracks), for larger tears i like to show the excess material folding over

Especially how pleasantly it reads for the eyes.

btw fibershop has the capability to pack textures in the export advanced drop down, maybe I misunderstood what you were saying though and you already know that

can you please tell me what skin material have you used, do you have NODE look? Also what eyes looks so lifelike!
