Hi everyone, I'm a 2d artist, I'm having trouble finding a job, I'd like to ask for critique from more experienced artists. What do I need to change and improve to find a job as a 2d artist.

It is good to see that you are seeking feedback to improve your portfolio which shows how much dedicated you are towards your work. I am not an artist though but I can help you improvise your portfolio through my experience that is try adding more variety in styles and subjects. Also include finished pieces and show off different projects that highlight your skills. Also keep updating your profile.
