Remesh problem in blender

Hi, when trying to use Remesh in both sculpting and Modifier, holes are created in the model, why does this happen, how can it be fixed?

Hi, so according to what I understood, you can't use a remesh with hollow mesh (with holes), I had to close the collar and the bottom of the shirt to use the remesh tool
