Question about simple topology

I'm kinda new to all of this so i'm sorry if this question might sound obvious.
What is the best topology for a shape like this one?
The final object should be an empty box, so imagine this plane as one face of the box.
Also take in consideration a SubD workflow
I suppose the correct one is the one in the middle, but i'm not sure it's the best solution, what do you think?
