Photoshop xNormal Plugin no longer works?

Hey all
Does anyone know what happened to the xNormal plugin in Photoshop? It's one of the only reliable and straightforward normal generators I've found, and I really appreciated for a long time. Is there any chance people are still getting it to work in Photoshop CC 2019 upwards?

I found a solution that seems obvious but you have to install the plugins into Program Files > Common Files > Adobe > Plug-ins > CC instead of the photoshop plugins folder :)
