Have i progressed anything after 1 month?
Hello Guys!
I have tried to create a likeness study of The Rock 1 month ago, you can see the result of this project on the first picture!
I was curious to know that if i am be able to create a better model now after 1 month from the previous Rock sculpt. It is still WIP project, but please give me your opinion about the comparision of the 2 model.

Definitely an improvement! I would recommend reworking the neck muscles some more. The traps and sternocleidomastoids are both a bit too bulky. Even on a really muscular guy, these muscles should have a more gradual falloff. Overall, I'd say your headed down the right track, just make sure to spend some time focusing on that underlying anatomy

Hard to tell you havent put the same effort in to second one It looks like a trace to me If you do that at least get your planes in place
You dont really need any details to get basic likeness better to work on a big forms so ignore eyes and stuff like that

Hello Guys! Here is the current phase compared to the previous one.
Looks to me that profile is lacking behind you could spend some time just on it improving relation of projections of the face [nose brow chin forehead] then relations of some of the features like corner of the mouth corner of the eye widest part of the nose corner of the chin jaw
For front view try to be more specific with line placement for example line that divide chin from lips brow from forehead nose from cheeks and so on
Try to get frontal bone shape closer to his also mouth area chin and shape of the nose
I think this is the max i can get out of it right now. I will turn my focus on the eyelashes, eyebrow and some detailing.

I guess that looks better then your first attempt but still you could improve for example side view have the same problems as before better look for better ref and try again Front view you could use few straight line to compare part of the body and if their relation are similar to those of your ref I guess the big thing right now is to reverse widest part of the face from jaw to cranium ,remove his smile and to make mouth muscle/wrinkles wider

Hello! Here is the current shape.
I guess you could call it done and redo it in month again in the meanwhile do some studies of individual features starting with mouth and chin area
or you can continue and get more exact with shape of his features now that most things are in place
Try to block the planes of the lips that's the weakest point right now
