So... much... dust!
It's been forever since I posted on Polycount, which is a shame. But It's a new year and time for a new project, and to help keep myself honest I thought it would be good to start a thread here on Polycount to track my progress on my next character project.
This adorable dude is Parson, the Delivery Snowman! The concept art is by Nicholas Kole, who was gracious enough to grant me permission to take a crack at modeling and texturing this guy.
I'll be posting here as I make progress. More to come soon!

He's still not much to look at yet - just starting to block out the forms and proportions - but I wanted to post anyway to prove that I have, in fact, started on this dude.

Made a little more progress last night. Flood filled some color, too, to help me compare to the concept and figure out what needs tweaking.
Mini update on this guy! I paused on him because I had a commission to work on, but I'm getting back to him again now.

Brushing off the dust on this guy. I was making good progress but then started a new job and got busy! Trying to return to this to finish it up.
