  One of the easiest things you can do for realism is to texture the Reflect Glossiness. It should be fairly subtle. Microscratches, fingerprints, etc.
  
  You can also look into VRayDirt and VRayCurvature nodes to mask details only in cervices or on raised edges.

  Oh, also  This vase is most likely not translucent, like you have in your material. It's pretty thick ceramic, and it's unlikely to have a light source inside it. Instead it has a gradient in the diffuse.
