Want to get help learning drawing and 3d sculpting (beginner)

Hey I'm new here , happy that this kind of forums exist so i can ask advices to some professionals (sorry for my poor English)

Few weeks ago I ordered drawing tablet and decided to learn 3d sculpting in Zbrush, then I realized that I needed some drawing skills to help my workflow (but I'm strongly interested in drawing too)

So I don't really know where to start and what to learn first.. recently purchased this course its abt anatomy , I also have some strong anxiety issues every time I think that I'm doing something wrong and kind of wasting my time being on the wrong path so that got me here basically.

I don't have any background in drawing but I have over 1 years of experience in 3d modeling , I really want to learn drawing and sculpting with all my heart.

Which means, you don't know how too draw freehand, correct?

If you want to be artist forget about anxiety fight through it , you will fail miserable countless of times before even get to decent ,now i can watch my stuff without my eyes bleeding

If you want to learn how to draw pick how to book and start drawing cover to cover multiple times ,if you dont mine been in pain for an extensive period of time pick Vilppu drawing manual

If you want to learn how to sculpt use what you learn from drawing and make it 360 which mean you have to learn to See everything as primitive forms covered in planes

Well learning how to draw, let alone anatomically can present a unique set of challenges for those starting out but needn't be an overall grind of a process so "Fun With A Pencil" by Andrew Loomis, I'll highly recommend as a helpful introduction to the discipline.
