(Solved) Blender 2.9 Hardops Boxcutter polys shooting off screen problem

Just got the addon, and following the first new features vid. With an active poly, Q menu/operations/meshtools/Grate or Knurl sends the middle polys/verts out of the viewport. Mousing for a half hour gets them back, but as soon as they are over an arbitrary mid point the shooting occurs out the other side. Snapping behavior when snapping isnt active. Any ideas?

    Messing around between 2 versions (linux and windows) shows the problem is related to screen tracking. The same thing occurs with boxcutter's array modifier. I think this is a dual monitor problem and just a case of monitor boarders snafuing the addons.

    Solved. Turning off Modal warp under the Hops dropdown/top menu, worked.
