is there any free or open source software like " pureref " which will allow me to inspect each channel of texture map? like i would just drag-drop the map and then i can see each channel presents in the map. is there any? (windows 10)

You should state what's your operating system, some apps might work on Windows only.

I use Faststone and xNview for browsing my ref images. And DJView for EXR files.

DJV can do it with TGA images too with R,G,B,A buttons
