  You'll need to scale everything down. If you highlight everything, you can just hold shift + right click and click on Layout, and it'll make everything fit.

  You seem to have plenty of room to work with. You might have to squash and stretch your UV shells a little bit to fit, but a little stretching won't hurt your UV's if you are going to make a custom texture for your prop.
