Does anyone know the art pipeline for Ratchet and Clank?

Ratchet and Clank (2016) is a gorgeous game. I'm halfway through it and I cant help but to stop and stare at the environments and beautiful texture work. Is there anything public about their design process? Or even the tools used?

Does that help? If i look at those images i would say the magic is that there worked a lot of good artists with great art direction.

This is actually pretty cool. I'm now seeing these techniques while playing through Ratchet and Clank again.
