  Hmm for me his eyelids are off. Also the eyebrow middle are looks very even and not natural. 
  Is your work based on a reference?

  OK here is what I'm thinking,
  
  The eyebrows are missing the small hairs in the middle
  Eyelids are looking wobbely on the plateau areas and normaly you can't see the plateau of the upper eyelid from the front.
  I don't know if his beard is shaved but a few more cards to break up the transition line would be more natural.
  
  Maybe you post a 3/4 and a side view  of your character too
