Tileable textures pipeline question need some advice!

Hey guys, I wanted to make a building based on this amazing concept. I had a question about making textures for it. Would it be smart for me to make a couple of tileable textures for the Roof, stone, and some wood panels that I can use in multiple spaces on the model? Or how would you guys approach this? Thanks!

Here's how I might do it.

Ground:

-Tiling dirt texture

-Tiling grass texture

-Tiling stone cliff texture

Foundations:

-Tiling stone wall texture

-Possibly a stone trim sheet or combine trim with tiling into one sheet

House:

-Tiling 'tudor' texture (plaster and wood beams) or just do the plaster

-Wood board/beam trim with enough variety for everything, maybe throw in a horizontal tiling set of wood boards for the wainscotting (lower part of the wall on that overhang)

-Tiling roof shingles

That's probably overkill so you'll have empty room left over on at least one of those sheets, so throw in some metal trim or tiling detail for the metal stuff in the picture.
