Hello,
can you please help me find good references of how human skin (face,neck,hands,body ....) look like?

I have zbrush brush set with of human skin pores but i don't know where and in how much intensity and size to place them ?
i mean, i can do it, and i did it earlier in my practice but after all im asking my self whats the point of it when im not sure. I put like 1 to 2 hours of continuous work in tertiary detailing human face and after all im not sure is it fine or not. I need references so in the future i know what im doing.

There are literally hundreds of these on Artstation. Just search for them. Your best bet is to try it, bake it, and see how it looks in engine or in a render. Honestly, people do it differently depending on how you set up your shaders. Also, 1-2 hrs is nothing. I probably finished a dozen heads using pores before I finally ended up with something I was happy with. Can't really skip steps to learn...just do it.

do you suggest painting a human skin before detailing ? (im talking about using projection not hand painting)
or vice versa?

is there some kind of a rule/hierarchy for that or it all depends?

Again, it depends which route you take. If you are painting it from scratch, I would do the detail sculpting first so you can bake your pores and use cavity masks, etc to use during the texturing. For projection using something like xyz, I think there are ways to just apply all the maps at once, inc albedo, spec, normal, height, etc. Here are some tutorials, info breakdowns off artstation:

You can kind of tell they do things subtly different depending on their goals.
