Hey all, recently picked up Zbrush properly and thought i'd sort out a sketchbook to keep track of my progress. Currently trying to learn the ropes of making character art and sculpting in general. Feel free to critique anything I post, always looking to improve!

Recently finished this guy up, sculpted in zbrush, retop'd in maya and textured in substance. Used it as a quick way of familiarising myself with that specific workflow.

I'm also currently taking J Hill's character mentorship over at Mold3D. First weeks homework was blocking out our chosen character. I picked an Eldar Warlock based on a concept by Ted Beargeon.

Been trying my hand at some realtime hair too, it's something that's scared me for a while so it's been good to start getting more familiar with it.

New character WIP based on Dave Rapozas steve lichman character in a Marty Mcfly cosplay. Good opportunity for learning how to use Marvelous designer. It's a bit fiddly but it's been good learning how garments are constructed
