is this realism? zbrush head sculpt

Would you like to recommend me something to improve this head?
I try to make realistic sculpt.

This looks great! I feel the lower eye lid is too high; it looks like it's in the closed position while the upper eye lid is open. Also, the upper eye lid is overlapping the lower one in the corner, which doesn't seem natural. Could just be the reference you're working from though. Love the detail!

Thank you!!! Hand paint textures with Substance painter. I used over 70 layers I think

It looks just about at that photorealistic level. Something feels a bit off, cant quite put my finger on it, the best i can say it that the skin feels rough, no areas that are smooth besides the eyes themselves. Looking really good though.
