3dsMax [2019] How to rotate sweeped mesh 90 degrees

Hi guys,
From the image below you can see sweep meshes for a lightning effect. The issues is that I can't rotate them 90 degrees to create a cross mesh.
Does anyone know how to do this in 3dsMax and maybe in Maya as well?
