[3dsmax] Packing selected faces to a particular udim tile?

Is there a way to do this?
Have some selected uv shells pack to a particular udim tile like say u3v1. Don't want to waste uv space.

Pack as normally, in 1,1 space. Then UVW Xform to move it to 3,1.

You can also use the offset transform type-in in the unwrap mod ecitor.
