Lemon Orchard WIP Fruit tree advice(?)

Hey everyone! I'm working on this new scene of a lemon orchard and I would love some advice and critique on fruit trees. At first I tried to have the lemons be part of the foliage cards, but everything looked kind of off (I also just learned about vertex normals so that might've been the problem). So, I swapped to having the lemons be physical models. I'm not really sure what I like better yet, so I'd love some feedback and pictures of any fruit models you guys have done! Thank you

I'd say definitively model the lemons and don't make them part of the card. Also, if you haven't already I'd look at some references how lemons are attached to trees (how do they connect, in which pattern & quantity are they distributed). I'd also gather some reference on the overall tree shape of a lemon tree itself.

@tinyworlds thank you so much for the critique. I looked back through my references and saw that the tree leaves are much rounder than the ones I made and changed them up.
