Automatic low poly snap program??

Hi everyone!
I've been searching throughout the Internet for the past 3 to 4 hours for a program (that I know for certain that exists, because I've seen it) which consists on putting reference/empty/pivot points on various places of, lets say, a face, and the low poly template would snap to the high poly, making a low poly that suits the high automatically. I've also seen this method applied to a hand too.

Thanks for taking your time to help me, this search is driving me crazy.

Wrap3 is also a plugin for Zbrush now too. It's called Zwrap.

I'm also sure I saw this exact plugin for Blender. Anyone know where I could find it?

It isn't ported to Blender. It is only available as standalone or as a Zbrush plugin.

Maybe not the exact plugin, but I know there is a plugin that it did the same things that this one does, but for blender... I cant find it. I remember It used Empty objects as core pivots to serve as references.
