Pretty good find this guys face is quite unique I will definitely saving his nose for reference

You have sculpt him as long rectangle which make him look stiff instead if you give him wider shoulder/ribcage and skinny legs like your reference that will change his overall silhouette to upside down triangle which is more like a male

I suggest you run through 1-4 and fix those

@carvuliero beat me to the critique. I'd just like to reiterate the importance of keeping your bony landmarks in check. The main thing I saw was the scapula not in the proper orientation. It's easy to mistake muscle locations when theres a a mix of fat and stretching on the superficial level of the body.
