I have the latest version of Maya but still dont have an option to select Unfold 3d or legacy

hi my name is norton, im in my third year in gymnasium and i have a problem i need help with! we are suppose too UV map a head and im having some problems with my unfold, so i went too ask my teacher to help, he told me "just try too switch method of unfolding" but i dont have that option.... so i went too the support, and autodesk support told me too delete and redownload it. so i deleted and downloaded the latest version. still dont have it and now i even lost all the tools under poly modeling... soo i need your help now XD

any answers or thoughts on how too fix this would help me a lot!
