How to remove these defects?!!!?

Hey guys, I am modeling a sci-fi weapon and when I subdivided this piece of mesh, these defects appear , do anyone here know why this happen , and how to fix it? (the last image)

Have you tried adding more support loops before subdividing? Where the extruded bits connect with the main part of the clip, you should have 3 supporting edge loops before subdividing.
