Hello guys,

I want to share with you my project here, a collaboration with my friend !

My goal is to do something PBR but not like Overwatch because it's too common and "basic",
I want to do something like Xenoblade Chronicles 2 but better (yeah because Nintendo Switch = less quality)
but the idea is interesting and maybe find my own way.

So, for this project I'll use : 

Zbrush - Sculpt, Highpoly
Blender - Retopo, LowPoly, UV
Substance Painter - Texturing
Marmoset or Unreal Engine 4 - Rendering (I'll see)

    Some news here, I did 95% of my retopo here : 
    I'll do UV maps and start baking ! And then, it's time to texture !!

    I'm busy this week so the texture part will start next week ! I'll record and do a timelapse I guess :)

    New update !

    Before I'm working on texture, I did a new moodboard and what I want to focus exactly in my head.
    (low quality sorry)



    I also did my setup on Marmoset : 



    Any advices about lighting and rendering are welcome, have a nice day ^^ !

    Looks nice so far, I'm no expert on Mt, but maybe standard 3 point light setup is fine. I wouldn't worry too much yet until u get texture done.

    I'm here right now but not sure I'll do something cell shading, or I'll setup a shader on Unreal Engine..
    Maybe I'll do this character full PBR ? Feedbacks and advices are truly welcome guys.

    Hello !

    Little update here, I'm texturing my character on Substance Painter and I'm here right now, 70% is done for now but I've things to correct.

    I surrend this idea to do my own shader right now because I need to learn a bit Unreal before texturing and not after, maybe for the
    next project ?
