BTW, I am a Recruiter working with AAA studios around the Pacific NorthWest (US) region. I'm hoping to expand my reach to people who are interested in having a career in gaming (art, design, & dev).

What exactly is the question here? Your wording is pretty unclear unfortunately.

1. What gamedev role are you most interested in? Many Polycount members are game developers, and most of them are working as artists.

2. Polycount is a gamedev forum. Are you asking if there are other forums like it?

Hi Eric! Thanks for clearing that out. I was on the impression that folks here are mostly artist, I guess I jumped into that conclusion when I saw that most of the job posting on the careers section are for Artists/Animators.

I think you are misunderstanding the word GameDev, an artist working on games is also a game dev, so we are all game devs.
