[Blender] Any way to match this profile of bevel?

Basically, Blender's bevel "profile" parameter is non-linear and only goes down to 0.15 in GUI.

So is it possible to match this concave bevel to the convex bevel's profile? Or do I have to use a boolean op?

Try this: make a single bevel, delete the face(s), and then bridge the edges together. Play around with the options in the f6 menu

Interesting idea, though I think a boolean op (say, subtract by a cylinder) would be faster and more precise if we have to do it that way?

Not terribly fast, I find inset + merge vertices + extrude to be an ok compromise: it follows the outer bevel profile exactly, but might not be what you want if you like to use less segments on short curve.

Need a bit of geometry clean up after extrude of course...

Sorry my bad, I just realised I never opened the first image you posted. In this case your corner can be thought of as part of a circle. Find the middle of this imaginary circle, place the cursor there, and then extrude along XY using the cursor as pivot. As always there are many solutions but no reason to overcomplicate it if it can be solved with a simple extrude
