I'm posting my artstation because I would love some critiques and I've just been thinking about my work and my career as an Artist. I know what people meant by being "hungry" for this but to actually experience and to get a truly better understanding of it is a completely different beast. I really do want to get better at this and I would very much like a lot of constructive criticism and pretty much tear apart my art pieces more or less. Would love all your help and here is my artstation. Just a heads up I'm interested in 3D as well as 2D but the main focus is to improve my 3D. mostly modelling/sculpting. What do you want your first associate job to be?

I would have to say the mostly like jobs I would qualify for would be texturing/shading as well as some modelling. What would you suggest?

would you say I'm going in the right direction for that? I want to build an entire scene to better showcase my skills but at the same time I've been told that doing quick single pieces like the ones I have shown are good too as oppose to just a giant scene like maybe a room or something of that nature.
