It looks like a good start! You should consider taking your block out from Maya and getting it in engine as soon as possible. Do a quick lighting pass to set a tone, then start rendering your textures out of that scene. Should help a lot with presentation as well as guide the feel for your environment. Keep at it!
Followed your advice and imported the block out to Unreal. Just started out experimenting with the lighting but if feels like i'm getting somewhere. Didn't import the textured bits yet.
The project was on hold for a week or two while i was enjoying the last days of my vacation but now i'm back at it.
Right now i am polishing in UE, the scene still feels a bit dull. Gonna add some more details around like nature debris, bushes etc. Add more variation to the Trees, and probably play around with the post processing some more.

After some hiatus i have returned to this project and finished up the modeling part for now
