Grey lines on UV seams on Curvature map

Hey guys, trying to bake out a curvature map for my Hard-surface model but Im getting grey lines across all the UV seams; see image below.

Any ideas why this is happening? When I try and apply some edge-wear these errors really start to show up

Are your UVs split at hard edges? Are your edges of those UVs straight in UV space? Do you have enough resolution in your texture?

Always happens to me too, in painter and marmoset and tried lots of things but none of them work.

Dilation , diffusion and straight uv shells usually resolve most issues.

There's the seams tickybox too

Hey guys, thanks for help. My smoothing groups are split per UV island. UV's are all straightened and I've split the model into two 4096 textures which still result in this issue
