Looks awesome! I wish I could do the same texture. Is it substance painter? How have you done this color variation spots and scratches? Manually by brush with some alpha or procedurally?

I painted them with standard brushes in substance painter.

Looks real nice. Is this done in modo? Those UV distortion colors look familiar.

Yes, I've made it in modo.
In modo you can see uv distortion straight in a 3d view, it's very helpful to manage texel density.

It is not my design, I just replicated it from the game with some minor changes.
