I deleted my delete key shortcut in 3ds max - help [SOLVED]

So as the title says, I was deleting all the shortcuts I thought I didn't need and didn't know what they were in max and then I realized I deleted my DELETE function. (delete object or delete selected)
The problem is I can't map it back to the DELETE key on my keyboard. Max just can't see the key press.
I tried using the virtual keyboard. Pressing all kinds of combinations. I just can't get it back to delete.
Currently it's mapped to insert but I spent 1h+ remaking all my shortcuts and I really don't want to go through that again just to reset all so I have that one key back.
Anyone know a solution to this stupid situation?

had to search this line in my .kbdx and replace 45 with 46

Somehow I'm not surprised this still happens to people. Srsly idk, autodesk....what are in the hell are they even doing? just smack a damn "reset this button" in that menu
