[PAID Unity 3D Model Artist Needed - VRChat] A tweaked version of Released Ulquiorra

I'm just wanting to have a quote on this model that I want to be tweaked.

Here's the model as on it's original files, along with the FBX.

So, what I wanted for this model to be tweaked were these:

> Both Ulquiorra's wings and tail moving.

> Eyes blinking

> The hole in his chest transparent, so it's see-through

> The darkish lower cape on his back moving

> Hair moving

From those five alone, along with some custom animations, like:

> Him pointing his right finger forward, looking straight and firing a 'cero' which is a green ball, wrapped around a darkish black matter, as seen in this video: https://youtu.be/tvIceGS41oc?t=457 - And when it lands on the ground, it blows up with the green matter.

> The same with his left hand, but a different animation where he flies in the air, at least 2-3 meters high and fires a 'cero' with his left hand, as shown in this part of the video: https://youtu.be/tvIceGS41oc?t=475 - After pointing out his cero, he'll shoot it and it will land on the ground causing a huge explosion, with the light green matter as it's after cause.

> And another animation, of him, creating this lighted green javelin matter with his bare hands clapped together, and throws it in front of him probably like, 5-7 meters around, where the javelin is thrown will become a huge blast of green matter. https://youtu.be/tvIceGS41oc?t=509 - Aside from that, after creating the javelin, if it's possible to put in the voice of him saying 'Lanza del Relampago' would be good.

> The last animation I want quoted on is he creates another 'Lanza del Relampago' but it won't disappear, but will stick to his left hand.

All these are for me, wanting to use in a game called VRChat, so for that last animation, I've vaguely described how I want the Lanza del Relampago to remain in his hand as long as a button was pressed.

From these alone, how long would it take, and how much would each tweak and animation cost, separately?
