Access green channel NM

Hey guys is there a way to access only the Green channel from my normal map to use in my fill layeR? or do i have to go Photoshop and extract it?

In Substance Painter you can use the Grayscale Conversion generator.
Add a generator on your fill layer, then load the Grayscale conversion in it. Then load your bitmap and choose the "green channel" for its setup.
